Internship Program
B. Braun’s Internship Program is designed to provide university-enrolled or recently graduated students with meaningful and relevant corporate or manufacturing experience within the medical device industry. Internships are a minimum of a ten-to-twelve week commitment.
Eligibility
B. Braun considers students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program with a declared major in a field appropriate to the open position. To be eligible for an internship, students must:
- Meet the minimum requirements of the internship opportunity
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Have completed their sophomore year
Compensation
B. Braun offers competitive pay. Students are paid based upon their academic year.
Co-op Program
Co-op Objectives
Braun’s Co-Op Program works with students, employers, and select colleges and universities to provide current students with experience within the medical device and life sciences industry.
The length of the Co-op varies depending upon the academic needs of the student and B. Braun availability.
Participating Engineering Schools (Bachelor Degree) include Drexel, Lehigh, RIT, Penn State, and Penn College of Technology.
Participating Technical Trade Schools (Diploma/Associate Degree) include LCTI, BAVTS, CIT, LCCC, and NCC.
Career Development Rotational Program
CDRP Objectives
The CDRP is a commitment to engage high potential college graduates in a two year rotational assignment in the United States with B. Braun Medical.
The goal of the program is to attract the best and brightest recent college graduates who have demonstrated leadership abilities through superior academic performance, extracurricular activities and relevant internship work experience. The program offers customized assignments in different areas of the business to promising graduates in an effort to give them a view of the entire business and provide an opportunity for the graduates to gain professional experience.
Sales Associate Program
Sales Associate Program Objectives
The Sales Associate Program is a progressive developmental learning experience within various divisions of sales that is designed for degreed individuals with very limited or no prior sales experience in the medical device industry. Participants have the opportunity to develop their selling skills and business acumen through in-depth training aimed at preparing them for their own territory.
