What is B. Braun Vietnam Fresh Speed Up program?
B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
This program takes place annually to create variety of learning and developing opportunities within BBVN organization from Sales & Marketing, Production to back offices departments like Quality Management, EHS, Material Planning, Supply Chain.
Successful candidates will join a 6-month development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR after 6 months to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN.
Who are we looking for?
- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.
- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent.
- Good command of English.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Passion to learn
- Willing to challenge
